Shein Return Policy Guide:

The return period  is — 45 days

You can return product with in 45 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. The item is only acceptable to return if its unused, unwashed or damaged and has all original stickers adhered. 

How to Return

The returning item shall be sent to Shein Return Center. Following is a step-by-step guide:  

Step 1: Sign in to Shein’s user account and go to “My Orders” section. Select the order you wish to return.

Step 2: Click on “Return Item” in order to select items which you want to return.

Step 3: Enter reason of making return and click on “Send”. Also print “Return Label”.

Step 4: Properly pack the return product and paste the printed return label onto the package.

Step 5: Make shipment from the nearest post office, or drop it off at your postal company.

Note: Only first return is free, any additional return made for the same order will cost a fee of $ 7.99 (that shall deducted from the refund amount).

Refunds:

Normally, it takes around 7 days for Shein to process return and issue refunds. The refund amount is credited to the original payment method from which the purchase was made or to Shein wallet.

Note: Item brought at Black Friday will have to wait a week to request a refund.
