Myntra How to Cancel & Return Order
You can cancel your order after it has been processed at our warehouse. Go to the “My Orders” section on the main menu on the app.
This includes items purchased on sale.
Any money you spend is credited back to the Myntra “My Cashback” account in the form of Cashback.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You can change the shipping address for your purchase before we have completed processing (packed) it by contacting our support team via +91-80-43541999.
How do I cancel my Order on Myntra Mobile App?
Click on “My Orders” section under the main menu in your app and then select the item you wish to cancel.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you’ve selected cash on delivery, there’s no refund amount due to the fact that you haven’t made a payment for your purchase.
If you pay with an Credit Card, Debit Card Net Banking, Wallet, you will receive a refund on Your Myntra “My Cashback” account within a few hours after your order was cancelled.
*If you’ve completed your transaction using credit Card or Debit Card Net Banking, Wallet and you would like to request an amount credited to the account that you used for the purchase Contact us to our customer support team using the contact us page in the main menu of the app or M-site.
Return Policy Rules
Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes cannot be exchanged or returned.
The list of such items includes:
Briefs Shapewear Bottoms, or any sets of lingerie that include briefsand a bottom Swimwear
** Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands
* Because they are intimate the way we deal with returns and exchanges for clothing, sleepwear and lingerie products in a different way:
** Self-ship returns are only permitted for these items. The pickup facility is not available.
*These items can’t be exchanged
*All items that are that are to be exchanged or returned should be in their original state with the of the original labels intact and in their original packaging (for e.g. shoes should be placed inside the shoe’s original box and returned) and must not be damaged or interfered with.
*Only exchanges for size are permitted. Items are exchangeable to a size that is similar or for a different size. Exchanges can only be made when your address is able to be used to exchange items by our logistic team.
*If you purchased an item that has an offer or free gift attached to it, and you want to take it back the maximum of MRP of Free item/Refunds will be charged until complete receipt of any gifts or free gift(s)/offer item(s) that were included with it.
If you choose to self-ship your returns, make sure you wrap the items in a secure way to avoid any loss or damage while in the shipping. For returns that are self-shipped we suggest you use an experienced courier service.
** If you choose to self-ship your return, the shipping charges will be refunded if the return meeting our policy on Returns and Exchange as well as the picture of the courier receipt has been sent to you and confirmed by us.
