ALDI Returns and Refunds Policy
ALDI return and exchange policies varies on product purchased.
Double Guarantee:
Any product can be returned with the receipt to and ALDI Store Manager where the returning product is unused and with original packaging. A refund of the purchase will be given and replacement product will be issued.
Am original receipt is required to any non-food special buy product to be exchanged or returned. If on purchase, the item is found defective it can be returned to an ALDI store for a full refund. The customer will need to contact the manufacturer if the product flunk during its warranty period to solve the issue. If still not satisfied, contact ALDI at:

Name, address, phone number, the name of the defective item, the ALDI item code, a description of the problem and a copy of the ALDI sales receipt shall be included.
Special return and exchange policy are associated with certain items. Computers and electronics can be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase upon receipt presentation.
Open DVD or software products cannot be returned for refund, but if defected may be exchanged for the same product. Software or DVD products can be returned if unopened within 14 days of purchase if a receipt is avaialble.
